From left to right, Gen. Darren McDew, Air Mobility Command Commander, Lt. Gen. Carlton D. Everhart II, 18th Air Force Commander, Retired Col. Earl Young, and Chief Master Sgt. Robert Rodewald, 18th Air Force Command Chief cut the ribbon of the newly renovated 18th Air Force building P-4 June 29, 2015 at Scott Air Force Base.
