621st heads to Haiti for Matthew relief
Loadmasters from the 6th Airlift Squadron and 305th Aerial Port Squadron secure an all-terrain vehicle on board a C-17 Globemaster III at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 3, 2016. The aircraft, with personnel and equipment from the 621st Contingency Response Wing, is bound for Haiti in response to Hurricane Matthew. The 621st Contingency Response Wing has units continuously on alert and ready to deploy anywhere in the world in support of emergency operations, such as hurricane relief, within 12 hours of notification.
