Partnership enables JB Charleston sealift relief efforts to Puerto Rico
Jose Argueta, USNS Brittin (T-AKR-305) able seaman stands gangway watch during the ship's onloading at the Joint Base Charleston Naval Weapons Station Oct. 28, 2017. The seaman standing gangway watch is responsible for signing non-crew members on and off the ship and ensuring safety and security at the ramp of the ship. The USNS Brittin was ported in Charleston to be loaded with humanitarian supplies before departing to Puerto Rico.
