The Warrior Dining Facility hosts a cutting of the cake to commemorate the 92nd Air Refueling Wing’s 70th anniversary at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Nov.17, 2017. Then the 1990s marked the beginning of a significant change in the Fairchild mission.
