6th ARS provides critical support in Pacific
A U.S. Air Force F-15C Eagle assigned to the 18th Wing at Kadena Air Base, Japan, is refueled by a KC-10 Extender from the 6th Air Refueling Squadron, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., June 2, 2018. The KC-10 refueled two F-15C Eagles a total of 16 times, offloading a total of 78,400 pounds of fuel over a distance covering nearly 2,300 nautical miles on a mission in the Indo-Pacific region.
