TSgt. Alex Aguayovirella, 437th Maintenance Squadron, presents his unit's innovation idea at the first-ever Phoenix Spark Tank competition at the 2018 Air Mobility Command and Airlift/Tanker Association Symposium in Grapevine, Texas Oct. 26, 2018. Aguayovirella and his team at the 437th MXS were one of four finalists in the competition for their development of a C-17 landing gear wheel paint stand.
