Col. Terrence A. Adams, commander of the 628th Air Base Wing and Joint Base Charleston, S.C., along with his sister, Felicia Johnson, accepted the Military Service Award from Gen. Maryanne Miller, Air Mobility Command commander, at the 2020 Black Engineer of the Year Stars and Stripes dinner, Feb. 14, 2020, Washington, D.C.
