AMC Surgeon General visits Joint Base MDL
                U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Norman West, Air Mobility Command surgeon general, and Chief Master Sgt. David Little, AMC medical enlisted force chief, speak with the 87th Medical Group Bioenvironmental Engineering team during an installation visit on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 23, 2020. Bioenvironmental Engineering apply engineering and scientific principles in anticipating, recognizing, and evaluating occupational and environmental health hazards for a base population of 45,000 people. During their visit, West and Little spoke to members of the 87th MDG to learn about their mission and to answer concerns and questions members had during this altered work environment due to COVID-19.
