19 AW conducts FARP operations during JPMRC 24-01
U.S. Marines with the Marine Wing Support Squadron 174, Marine Aircraft Group 24, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, prepare to refuel an MV-22B Osprey during a Forward Area Refueling Point (FARP) operation at Bradshaw Army Airfield, Hawaii, Oct. 31, 2023. FARP is a rapid transfer of fuel from one aircraft to another which allows aircraft to land, refuel or re-arm before returning to operations within a short period of time in austere environments.
