From New York to the South Pole
New York Air National Guard 109th Airlift Wing members are given a pre-flight brief at Joint Task Force-Support Forces Antarctica, Christchurch, New Zealand, February 6th, 2026. The crew is briefed on flight conditions and potential hazards to determine if it’s safe to take-off.
