From New York to the South Pole
An LC-130 Skibird from the New York Air National Guard’s 109th Airlift Wing and a C-17 Globemaster from the U.S. Air Force’s 62nd Airlift Wing sit on the flightline at Joint Task Force-Support Forces Antarctica, Christchurch, New Zealand, February 6th, 2026.
