Our flights serve bases in Japan and Diego Garcia exclusively.

Welcome to the Paya Lebar Passenger Terminal, the “Pride of the Pacific”. We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service to all our patrons and visitors.

We are located on Paya Lebar Air Base, in Singapore.  (Republic of Singapore Air Force Installation)

Space Available seats are often limited, therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.

Duty Standby & Space Available Passengers

Duty Passengers are passengers that are booked through a government travel office such as TMO/SATO typically for PCS, TDY, and Deployment purposes.

Roll calls are conducted 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. 

Space Available seats are often limited, therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.  

Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per individual, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item that must fit under any aircraft seat.

Local Travel Information

Singapore Entrance Requirements

All passengers 13 and older may enter Singapore as per normal without testing or quarantine, only if they have taken minimum WHO-EUL vaccine dosage at least two weeks before arrival in Singapore, and can show proof of vaccination.

The following types of vaccination proof in English or translated to English are accepted if they contain personal identification details that match against the traveler's passport:

Requirements for travelers not fully vaccinated with COVID-19 WHO-EUL vaccines can find alternate procedures on the ICA website.

Passports must have minimum 6-month validity.

All travelers, regardless of vaccination status, must fill out the online SG arrival card within 3 days of arrival.  Proof of completion will be required prior to immigration checkpoint.

Base and Terminal Amenities

Our Passenger Terminal offers free Wi-Fi, Distinguished Visitors Lounge, and beverage vending machine (accepts SGD).  Food options are not available to passengers once on Paya Lebar Air Base.  No ATMs are located on Paya Lebar Air Base.
