AMC Teammates,

Mobility Airmen must be able to deliver combat power at speed and scale under attack and against capable adversaries. Our enlisted, officer, and civilian Airmen already do an incredible job delivering on this mission! One reason why is your dedication to continuously sharpening your warfighting edge.

As leaders and warriors, it is our responsibility to continuously sharpen our minds and develop our force. These titles, and those I add in the future, should spark critical thinking and discussion on how we can modernize the force and be ready to fight at a moment’s notice.

I am excited to launch the COMAMC Leadership Library. This is a collection of books, articles, and other content I have found to be impactful on my personal journey of constant improvement. More titles will follow periodically as I continue on this journey.

On any given day, our Airmen execute a range of missions with incredible success in defense of our Nation. I hope these titles will be included on your reading list.  I’m looking forward to hearing from you too – what are you reading that you would recommend?
