Col. Jeff Philippart, 62nd Airlift Wing vice commander, speaks about sacrifice during a memorial ceremony Nov. 30, 2012 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., to honor the 13 Airmen who were killed when two C-141 Starlifter aircraft collided over north-central Montana in 1992.
