Dover NCO leads aircraft maintenance effort in historic Arctic overflight mission in C-5M

He was doing his work after being a part of the aircrew who completed the first direct delivery airlift mission through the Arctic Circle from Dover Air Force Base, Del., to Bagram Airfield June 5-6, 2011.
