    When a 34-year-old Navy sailor suffered multiple traumatic injuries during a mission in Syria, a Total Force team of medical professionals and Mobility Airmen sprung into action, intent on saving the life of a fellow service member. The sailor suffered injuries while performing improvised explosive device clearing operations.
