  • Supervisor 101: 19th AW creates leadership course to build upon ALS

    Team Little Rock is advancing leadership development through the creation of a one-week Supervisor 101 course, designed to meet the needs of Airmen who have recently completed Airman Leadership School at Little Rock Air Force Base. Airman Leadership School is the first level of the Enlisted Professional Military Education continuum, which over time, has evolved their curriculum to help soon-to-be NCOs discover their personal leadership styles.
  • AFIT students inform Pentagon energy initiative as part of new course

    As part of a newly offered course at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), a small group of students determined energy-optimized flying conditions for Air Force fighter relocation missions, which are also known as coronets. Their work is helping to inform a Pentagon-led initiative that seeks to increase the efficiency and combat capability of aircraft operations.
